Give Capital Partners' mission is to deliver to our investment partners solid returns while placing the highest importance on the protection of our investment partners' capital. We accomplish these priorities while committing to improve the communities in which we invest by elevating the properties we invest in and allocating a portion of our profits to give to local charities. We believe strongly in empowering the communities in which we invest.

Our strategy is to focus on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary & tertiary markets nationwide. The multifamily asset class has historically been the least volatile real estate class through downturns while still delivering strong upside potential during upcycles.

Within multifamily, Class B & C provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to an imbalance of limited supply and strong and growing demand.

Multifamily investments provide stability during down cycles and strong upside potential during up cycles and our investment partners enjoy all of these advantages of this strong and stable asset class.

Cash Flow

After all expenses are paid, investors are paid preferred returns quarterly.

Our investment strategy is to invest in properties where we can force appreciation with value-add strategies that increase cash NOI and property value.

Leveraging financing allows us to purchase real estate with roughly 25% - 30% down to accelerate future acquisitions and new worth.

Our Mission of Giving

At Give Capital Advisors, we want to leave a lasting impact in the communities we invest in. While protecting our investor's capital is our top priority, giving back to local charities that are making a difference in the communities we invest in comes in a close second. Our unique approach allows our investors to choose which charities, from a group of charities we have vetted in the community in which our properties are in, for us to direct a portion of Give Capital Partners' profits to.

If our investors are so inclined, we invite them to also donate to a local charity as well. While it is not a mandatory part of our investments, we encourage it so that we can all do our part to make a lasting impact in the areas we do business.
